Product and Service Design

From big pictures to polished interactions.

I design products and services that turn ideas into experiences—translating insight and imagination into clear, usable flows. Whether building something new or evolving what's already there, I focus on creating systems that are intuitive, purposeful, and ready to grow with the people who use them.

FEATURED CASE STUDIES

Problems I solve

Ambiguity in flow, friction in interaction, and misalignment between what users need and what teams deliver. I help uncover the gaps—whether in onboarding, navigation, or service logic—and bring structure to ideas so they can become scalable, coherent experiences. When things feel complex or undefined, I bring clarity and creative momentum.

Core skills

I blend systems thinking with hands-on content and flow design to shape experiences. Skills include defining requirements and product or service features, information architecture, sketching and wireframing, interaction patterns, and design collaboration. I work across disciplines to ensure touchpoints reflect clear intent and support the bigger picture.

Tools I use

I most frequently use Figma for interface and flow design, FigJam and Miro for collaborative planning, and tools like spreadsheets, docs, and Airtable or Notion to structure content and logic. Depending on the project, I’ll bring in service blueprints, wireframes, or prototyping tools to explore, test, and communicate ideas clearly across teams.
