UX Research and Strategy
Designing with purpose, informed by people.
I help teams uncover what users need, feel, and expect—then translate those insights into clear and actionable strategies. Below are examples of how this work has informed design decisions, sparked clarity, and supported organizational alignment.

Problems I solve
I work best when a team is trying to understand users more deeply, align on what matters most, or connect the data dots across touchpoints. I help teams move from uncertainty to shared understanding—especially when designing for complex systems, new audiences, or evolving product ecosystems.
Core skills
I bring together qualitative research, data insights, journey mapping, workshop creation & facilitation, and collaborative synthesis to help teams make informed decisions. Whether it’s framing a problem or mapping an experience I focus on clarity, communication, and actionable outcomes.
Tools I use
I often use FigJam, Figma, Notion, Airtable, and good old-fashioned shared docs and slides to keep teams engaged and aligned. For research I use tools like Zoom and Usertesting.com. These are just samples; there are many tools out there and I’m happy to dive in to a new one.
